Based on my experience with my artistic (autistic lmao) friends, here's what my very scientific findings have concluded:
If your art-style is hyper realistic (even if it's stylized) all the time, you... 🖌
> Take pride in your work, and internally die after posting something that took you 394882 days and only get 3 likes.
> Either do art as yo job, or you got too much damn free time.
> Look at reference images with so much meticulous detail that you make serial killers jealous.
> Find it hard to look at simple drawings that get thousands of likes more than anything you've done.
If your art-style is heavily stylized you... 🐱🐉
> Found that one thing that works, and have been milking it ever since.
> Have probably mastered a certain aspect of art, and enjoy drawing it.
> Have probably used "stylized" as an excuse for certain mistakes before.
If your art-style is very simply shaded then you... ⬛⬜
> Either you hate shading a lot, or have mastered it to the point that one stroke of your brush creates shadows even shadows thought weren't possible.
> -Your art style is very clean, or you just hate shading.
> Spend minutes on end trying to find that perfect shade of color for the shadow.... or you just hate shading.
If your art-style is drawn without line-work you... ✏
> Either digitally draw with a mouse, your fingers, or your nose or you draw a sketch, end up loving it, and crying because the sketch looked better than the final drawing.
> Have either gotten so good at art that you just go right into coloring, and filling areas with shapes, or you learnt how to draw on your own, and you now just do what ever you feel like to get that drawing finished.
> Used to draw line-work, but realized it looks like it was drawn by the world renowned chicken that also crossed the road.
If your art-style has many brush strokes that are visible after you're done, you...
> Have either mastered art, and know how to draw the form of something with only a few brush strokes, or you're trying to figure out what brushes do.
> Used to draw with the highlighter in school... and maybe smell it too.
> -Your art-style is sometimes choppy, but it looks very good zoomed out.
If your art-style is anime-based, you... 🏮
> Prolly have drawn so many similar looking faces, that they might as well have had the same father; DNA test time.
> Most likely have set the bar too high on some of your drawings, but end up cooking something really good every now and then.
> Most likely have some mad line-work skills, but evaporate at the sight of having to draw a scene around your character.
If your art-style is pixel-art themed, you... 👾
> Most likely started drawing digitally, realized it was too hard, and went with pixel art, only to realize it's also hard, but not as hard... or you just watched an RPG game, and thought "This looks ez, I can do that".
> Are either very meticulous about where you place each pixel, or you treat pixel art the same way you treat normal art... by smearing colors everywhere till it looks right.
> Have found pixel-art in the real world before and thought "This area is wrong... this one too.. they even missed that part, wow this sucks".
If your art-style is gore-y, you... 🩸
> Are either edgy, or you genuinely don't find gore bad to look at "Light work, no dif'."
> Your parents/friends walk past you as you draw, and ask you what monstrosity are you concocting on this fine day.
> You know anatomy pretty good... maybe a little too well.
